OMG!!!!! I just love this range of stamps!!This stamp is Noelle from the the stampotique range,If you have not seen these stamps B4 you must have a look there is quite a few of them now,I must get more(i have about 7 i think )
This one is a favourite she is the Prom Queen,I use her alot.these stamps are alot of fun so make sure you check them out at stampotique.com and the stamping queen which is an Australian site have a great range of them too..
