Well where do i start?

Over the years i have been doing alot of Kaiser projects .

So thought it was time to share them around !

When Kaiser brought out the What a Hoot paper range i was SOOOO happy and i brought many many sheets !

These projects are in no real order , there just a few to give you some ideas .

This Christmas star wreath turned out AMAZING !! I was so happy with it .

Another year another wreath but this time i made it to lay as a table center piece . 

What a Hoot paper range again ! Just love it and i have a few more pieces to use yet !

Tea Party paper is so cute ! I made these see through cards .

really sweet and a little tricky

really different then the normal cards !

Argentella paper range I just had to have this one too !

Not knowing at the time what i was going to do with it !

I got this wooden clip board covered it in PP and WOW !

it turned out great !

Could not leave the clip plain tho so out came all the BLING !!

something small to share...

This is a little plaque i made ,

I coloured this cute little girl stamp in with Derwent colour soft pencils and baby oil ,

I printed out a little saying , Sprayed glimmer mist in a matching colour over paper doilies ,

I put some little matching flowers with brads down the side . A small amount diamond glaze over the top of the flowers to make them stand out a little . All in All this turned out kinda cute for my first attempt . This is a really cheap and cute gift .

A how to do.....wreath of paper flowers

Welcome ! Here is my first and i hope many of my HOW TO DO !

This wreath takes time lots of time ! I guess i picked a hard one to start with but I'm sure you will love the result !

You will need a foam wreath , Now you could use any size you like but here is a large wreath from spotlight .

You then will need to cover your wreath with green florist tape , You don't really need to do this but if you don't want your white wreath showing between the " flowers" you will need to paint or cover in paper .

Fast Grab Tacky Glue is a must have make sure you have a full bottle ! You can pick this up at Inspired crafts for a few $ .If your doing a large wreath you will need about 10 pieces of patterned paper and 4 sheets of matching card .

Once you have chosen your papers then they will need to have 3inch circles cut out of them , You will end up 9 to a sheet . I have cut mine out on a cricut but if your not lucky enough to have one ,  hand cut will also be fine . 

Circles all cut ?

This is the next step , draw swirls onto the back of the card making them as even as possable .

Cut around this line and rub out any pencil marks.

Do you have an old mouse / computer pad ?

That will come in handy here ! You will need some thing rounded to run around the inside cuts to make the paper bend just a little .

This will give a bend to the paper to make it easier for the flower to wrap around its self .

Holding the Base / center of the flower

twirl the outer part of the circle into the "center "

This is what it should look like once it is all twirled .

This is where you will need the Tacky Glue !

Place a blob onto the base of the flowers , 

Pushing down the " petals " on top of the glue and holding for a few seconds .

This will need to be done to all the circles !

It takes time ! or days !

You will need some thing to hang the wreath up with ! I just used ribbon and pinned it on , you could use this wreath laying flat on a table as a center piece .

Using a hot glue gun ( i found this better then pinning the flowers on ) start gluing the flowers on in any pattern you like not forgetting to add the plain card stock flowers in between . 

This is the finished product ! It took days !

If you have to many " gaps " between your flowers try adding a small amount of Tulle pinned into the gaps . 

I just love the way this has turned out !

Make your own glue dots !

You can make your own glue dots by dropping blobs ( any size you like ) of Aleene's Tack It Over and Over glue onto parchment paper .

Here is the bottle its around $ 6 Australian .

I did this and folded the excess waxed paper over top, ( once they were ' dry ' ) .

 All you  have to do is open up the parchment paper ,  pick off one of the blobs and use like regular store-bought glue dots .

These can also be removed if placed in the wrong place .
This way you can make thousands and thousands really cheap !

Getting ready for the Melbourne cup

Here is a cute little head band i have made .

Some thing like this you could wear to the Melbourne cup lunch .

A plain head band from spotlight , ribbon and tulle

and black flower rosette from Inspired crafts . Black bling is Kaiser craft rhinestones . Different and cute all at once . Why not give this ago with your girlfriends and make this up and coming Melbourne cup a real fun day !

Easter is just about here !

WOW Easter is just about here !

This is a good little project for your kids to do these up coming school holidays .

Start with some foam eggs  cover with coloured paper to your choice and then start pinning on some crystal sequins till the whole egg is covered ! This will keep them busy for a while . I made the little basket out of Core’dinations card stock and  the butterfly's of the Kaiser craft Bubblegum hills collection to decorate the front.

This flower pot was made from the same range of papers from kaiser craft . I cut out all the flowers and backed them on to Core’dinations card stock , put them onto sticks and into a little pot i picked up from Ikea for $2 , So cheap ! left over ribbon and a little green "grass" to make it look cute ,

I covered the pot with strips of Pink Core’dinations  card stock and you could do this in any colour.

A little bit of ribbon around the pot and another butterfly to finish it off . 

Real cheap and easy project for you this Easter .
